Locassa ("Locassa") provides the Locassa service platform (the "Service Platform") for our end users. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service Platform and, except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, all content including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video and other information generated and provided by Locassa through the Service Platform ("Locassa Generated Content" and together with "User Generated Content" defined below, referred to as "Content"), constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Locassa.

Your access to or use of the Service Platform or specific Locassa Generated Content may have specific terms and conditions associated with it which require you to agree with and accept those terms and conditions before you may view or use that content. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and any specific terms and conditions, the specific terms and conditions shall take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that specific area of the Service Platform or item of Locassa Generated Content.

Account Registration

In order to access the Service Platform you must register for an account ("Account") and become a "Locassa User."

As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide certain personal information and will be required to choose a username (your contact email address) and a password. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during this process and to keep such information up-to-date and complete. Locassa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during this process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or the Platform. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site or the Platform by anyone under 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Site or the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for ensuring your password is secure and as such we recommend you choose a suitable password which is considered strong and contains a mixture of numbers and letters. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions performed by your Account, whether performed by you or a third party, with or without you prior authorisation. You will immediately notify Locassa of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Service Platform or to modify these Terms of Use, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms of Use we will provide you with notice of the modification. By continuing to access or use the Service Platform after we have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Use. If the modified Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, you must cease using the Service Platform immediately.

Acceptance

You acknowledge and agree that, by accessing or using the services or by accessing any content through the services or the site, you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms of service, whether or not you have registered with locassa. If you do not agree to these terms of service, then you have no right to access or use the services, the site or locassa content.
